johnnytheboy
So we have a family holiday booked for Windsor, any tips on things to do where I can generally avoid my family! Shooting shops, clay shooting? Any fishery’s I could take my nephews to that is an easy day for kids? Any advice about the local area generally welcome! casts_by_fly
High Wycombe, bisley, and west London shooting ground are inside a half hour. Rhs wisley is a nice garden to walk (and 5 minutes from my doorstep). I dont know the local fishing im afraid. There are commercials around, the Thames is generally free in the area or cheap day ticket, and there are some free or day ticket streams but I haven’t fished any of hem. Dunkield
There are shooting schools open all week apart from Sunday. There are a few clays shoots, if you say which week you are down I can tell you more.
