Bear68
I've always preferred fixed choke shotguns, but they now seem to be a rarity unless you are looking at a Beretta EELL or similar at £5000+; that's a lot more than I can afford, but is there anything out there in the £2000 to £3000 bracket? I hit 50 recently and would like to treat myself to a new gun but trawling through guntrader hasn't produced anything. oldypigeonpopper
hello, does it have to be new? many fine older O/Us come with fixed chokes, if you have liking for say browning/ miroku they are still very good pre multi choke, many cased and perfect condition, oh just to add HAPPY 50th Bear68 Edited August 12, 2018 by oldypigeonpopper

Scully
Must admit I can think of several fixed choke makes and models in secondhand at that price or cheaper, but not much new. Saw a lovely B125 with POW stock at Lowther yesterday.
wymberley
This may well not suit so is only a suggestion but they do carry a phenomenal range of 'no cost' options among which is a comprehensive range of chokes - fixed as well as multi. Have a look at Chapuis. Edited August 12, 2018 by wymberley
Harnser
I don’t see it as that much of a problem . I have three multi choke guns and all have 1/4 and half chokes in them . I very very really change them . Put in the chokes you like and leave them there . harnser
stu64
Fausti make fixed choke guns, really nice too. I use a multi choked Fausti pro comp for clays- a 50th birthday present from my wife. needless to say I would never change it. Have a look at Fausti UK website. Tony Laughton I think- nice chap.
