captainhastings
Can any one recommend a cheapish but ok call for canada geese please. Seen a few about on some stubble but its really hard to predict where they might turn up. Early morning seems best.No idea where they go during the day
wildfowler.250
Used an olt 800 but they’re not easy to come by. Have a look at muddy gutter calls? There’s videos on his Facebook page and they sound great.

figgy
Mpk calls get good reviews. I use a RNT Quackhead Goozilla call was cheap but very good. Might be the odd Solway call around but price might be a bit steep now. Edited August 25, 2019 by figgy

captainhastings
Thanks for the info folks. As an emergency measure we tested a blue tooth speaker and a youtube video this morning and it turned them a treat towards us but they were too high. Need to get some decoys next as I only have 2 ancient full bodied ones. Got the bug now. Never bothered with them before and just shot a few pigeons occasionally.. As far as I'm aware using tapped/recording of Geese or Duck then played through speakers to get Birds in range to shoot is Illegal in the British Isles Yep just checked Illegal to use recording/ devices Edited August 26, 2019 by 6.5x55SE
