Bungle The Bear
I have around £3.5K to spend on a new / used over and under - it will be used for game shooting (mainly driven) and some sporting clays. What should I be looking at..?
simonm
I’ve just been through this - I looked at various options including William Powell, Beretta 690 Field III, Browning Exquisite and Crown (which is over budget) and Miroku MK60 Grade 5. I found the Beretta too thin on the stock and I was also told the quality isn’t what it used to be. In the end I got the Miroku. Stonepark
CG for that sort of money is still very good value - Magnus Sporting Sideplate would look well both field and on the clay ground
figgy
Gilsan XLR Miroku takes some beating for £3500.00. little bit more and a Browning crown. Used Guerini as above. Any pics of your Garbi royale? I have one. Edited October 22, 2019 by figgy

Scully
Plenty of DT10’s around, a lot of gun for the money. Browning Pro Sport? There are some very nice Mk38 Mirokus out there too; mate has just bought another. Lots to choose from in that price range.

Superb wood, looks the part, and shoots well.
