Lets see we have;

Mrs Sweepy

Boston

Secret Follower

Saz

Allison

Jonesy

and now Camo Girl

Just wondering if we have any other ladies out in the field. In the past I have always found that the ladies train and handle dogs much better than men...something to do with a softer approach I believe. I also know that at least 2 of the above ladies ferret, one of which makes her own nets aswell. I believe that atleast 3 have their SGC and take part in clay shooting, and possibly rough shooting.

So for those of you that are listed how about some pictures of your achievments....no you do not need to be in them unless you want to. And for any that I have missed how about fessing up.

Was Mrs Stuartp standing over you when you wrote that first line?

I shoot mainly clays, and have won a couple of County titles and 1 South West title too, mainly Sporting and Skeet with some badly shot FITASC thrown in for good measure. Here’s a pic http://i189.photobucket.com/albums/z46/Jonsey01/PICT3254.jpg (I’m the one in the middle) Picking up the County Sporting Trophy :)

I’ve shot pigeon a couple of times I’m lucky enough to get a few invites each year to Driven Pheasant and Partridge days. Had my first foray into rabbit shooting with a rifle earlier this year and it was loads of fun.

Erm, I also write for the CPSA magazine PULL!

I’ve had the pleasure of meeting up and shooting with Cat, Tosspot, Pin and Mungler. Cat’s trying to teach me to shoot better but I just don’t listen to him. Especially now that I've shot skeet with him.........<whispers> he couldn't straight a layout

However back to the real reason for this thread come on Suzy you have done a great job with the Evil Clumber so lets hear about some field time, or some ferreting, I am sure that you can put a few of the lads here on their heels. :)

I know this might be abit forward, but i think i speak for alot of people when i say......

"This thread is useless without pictures!"

It is comments like that , that keep the ladies from posting. Even when delivered in jest...as I am sure yours was.

This thread is for the ladies to have a chance to sound their own horns for a change. Gods know that the Lads on here are good at it.

This was my first time out shooting rabbits and i got these two, carried them bloody miles back to the car (dont they get heavy without a game bag / carrier!! ) with the fleas rushing up the legs to get to me (yuck...i HATE fleas) and took them home where i gutted and skinned the ******* myself, with other half watching from afar (wimp  ) and they are now in the freezer with 4 friends, waiting to add something special to a caserole
