TIGHTCHOKE Posted December 10, 2020 Report Share Posted December 10, 2020 I have just trimmed a nice piece of Rump Steak and turned it in to 5 steaks. 4 are now in the freezer and the 5th and the trimmings are marinating in Worcestershire sauce and freshly cracked black pepper. I had thinly sliced beef fillet, flash fried in the skillet and a gorganzola cheese sauce and chopped mushrooms with baked potatoes last night at the The Burro. Awesome .
