Dunkield
I gave in and fianlly bought a new circular saw the other day, as I have a bit to do at home. Although I am very handy at making stuff I have been accussed of being a bit 'gung-ho' at times. Any cut a long story short, got it home didn't bother with the instructions and set about making that first cut. I put the MDF I was cutting on a piece of ply to stiffen it slightly so didn't stop cutting when the sawdust changed colour. Lets just say it is obviously a nice sharp saw, and the resulting cut kept the family amused for a while B) Now where did I leave the wood glue? mr lee
B) Funny as h£ll! I have a lad that works for my company who is thick as the proverbial pig ****. (Not implying you are though Stuart...) We have a few Graco commercial sprayers for big interiors that need painting. When they have done the job for the day they get fully stripped and cleaned through. Young lad was working on one that the guys hadn't cleaned out properly. The tip had blocked. I told him to take the tip out and soak it properly to loosen up the dried paint and crack on flushing the rest of the machine through. 20 minutes later I heard him shouting and swearing in the warehouse and a bit of a commotion. He had soaked the tip for roughly 5 minutes and tried to stick it back on the gun to see if it would force the blockage out. It came out alright, just as he turned the gun on himself to see if it was moving whilst he pressed the trigger. B) Smack bang in his face, 1 blockage and a few fluid ounces of emulsion. Even now he still can't see the funny side of it.

Dunkield
They let YOU play with power tools? B) B) NTTF Yes I know, I don't tend to use them much apart from a drill. I don't even have a power screwdriver, despite the fact I did complete loft conversion for our house. Workmate aside, I am true craftsman Anyway it was mrs stuartp's job to keep an eye on the wood, she was holding the other end
