ditchman Posted April 5 Report Share Posted April 5 going to do a 'kedge this week...........will do it a little different tho'......some recieps call for a fish stock...........when i cook the smoked haddock..i will do it in milk and use some of the smoked haddock milk to add to the rice as i fold in the chopped boiled eggs and broken up fish....... anyone done it this way ?
