going to do a 'kedge this week...........will do it a little different tho'......some recieps call for a fish stock...........when i cook the smoked haddock..i will do it in milk and use some of the smoked haddock milk to add to the rice as i fold in the chopped boiled eggs and broken up fish.......


anyone done it this way ?

there are several recieps ...and alot of them over do the herbs and spices....like cumin....cardemon pods (yuk).....bay leaves (ugh)............just too much for me

good idea ...pack of frozen prawns would be good addition
