Keeper or not?

I have not seen this before, possibly another attempt at putting shooting in a bad light.

This looks like a staged setup video, 1, why has the keeper got his face covered, 2, his dress looks more like a hunt sab/lacs, 3, most keepers are pretty sharp eyed, but he did not spot a camera 10 feet from the trap, and 3, if it was a keeper, I think he would have killed it before he left the trap.

I am highly suspicious of this video, but, the only thing I can think of is, its not a keeper but someone catching hawks and selling them, also illegal, or as I say a total setup...https://www.birdguides.com/news/goshawk-trapped-in-suspected-persecution-case-on-norfolk-estate/

What keeper puts a fantail dove in a ladder trap to draw crows etc ?> certainly doesnt look right

Total set-up, staged for PR by the antis.  It just doesn't look natural, the way he goes about it.

The bird looks totally fake once picked up. It is rigid the whole time with wings held in. If held by legs it would hang upside down for a start
