A good friend of my died last year. About two weeks after he died his wife received a phone call from his bank saying someone was using his credit card to buy train tickets since he had died and flagged up as he drove and never used a train. His wife went along to collect his belongings as it hadn’t been high on her priority list and found his cash and credit card missing from his wallet that were in his pocket when he was found and taken.
