Barry Humphries, RIP

I'm not normally a fan of 'drag' but I did find Barry Humphries very funny as Dame Edna and also as Sir Les Patterson.

A sharp sense of humour and used with great skill.  It looked so easy, but no doubt a LOT of hard work and thought went into those scripts.  He will be missed.

Great shame. It was just the other day he was saying he didn’t plan on going anywhere after receiving fan mail regarding his recovery from a stint in hospital.
I found him hilarious, especially as Dame Edna, and his ‘An Audience with….’ show was one of the funniest in that series in my opinion. He will be missed.
