never again will eat Heinz baked beanze

Brandston baked beanze...are the real deal......veryvery tasty and not floating in a sea of waterey sauce.........Brandston beanze stay where you put 'em

I will give them a try Ditchy. I like my beans not fussed with, black pepper and salt only. Stopped eating Heinz beans years ago when they took all the sugar and additives out of them, they became tasteless and watery. As you say when you peel off the tin lid half the can is a watery medium.

Whether in a saucpan on the hob, or in the microwave, I've always added a glug or two of brown sauce to Brandstons.

 

Now this is disgusting.  I know someone that prefers Heinz (really true) but always adds some milk to the sauce (?).

I always had HP Baked Beans until they stopped making them .

Then I changed to Branston.

I remember Heinz Beans as a kid but I suspect they  were the only ones available at the time .

Branston are good and are my current 'go to' for baked beans. 

If you want cheap and also pretty good Aldi (Corale brand?) are quite good, as are Morrison's own brand.
