your motor should have the tyre pressure inside the drivers door

Yes it does.

30 front 36 rear.

41psi on the rear sounds like fully loaded, ie carrying 1tonne.

That was my thought as well but the fitter was adamant they should stay at 41 i assumed it was the make of tyre but i can't see why.

I never carry any weight so I think I'll leave them as before unless anyone knows different.

keep to the trucks tyre pressure its very unsafe not to my hyundai terracan 2.9 diesel only uses one size of tyres when i bought it it had the wrong size tyres the whole jeep use to sway side to side going over any bump i bought the right size tyres and no more problems

Yes i agree the bfg were fitted from new but i only use it mainly for pigeon shooting and little or no heavy off road stuff and the extra £300 odd for bfgs seemed pointless.

The at3 are also considerably quieter and lighter steering.

My 110 Station Wagon handbook states 28/30 front and 48 rear. This makes the rear very hard, and is obviously for a full load.
This is my third of the same model. Previous handbooks stated the same for the front but quoted 48 loaded rear and 36 comfort setting rear. That makes a world of difference and I still use the 36 psi setting on the current vehicle.
It’s fine for 5 passengers and a few dogs in the load space.
