mellors
Hi all. I've just had 4 new general grabber at3 fitted garage said 30 psi front and 41 psi rear it sounds a lot at the rear. I previously had bfg ko2 and run those 30 front and 36 rear. Does anyone have them fitted and what do you run them at ??.
scarecrow243
your motor should have the tyre pressure inside the drivers door
RCB56
41psi on the rear sounds like fully loaded, ie carrying 1tonne.

That was my thought as well but the fitter was adamant they should stay at 41 i assumed it was the make of tyre but i can't see why. I never carry any weight so I think I'll leave them as before unless anyone knows different.

The at3 are also considerably quieter and lighter steering.
countryman
I run my 4wd vehicles at 30psi front and back, any more and it’s a very hard ride.
London Best
My 110 Station Wagon handbook states 28/30 front and 48 rear. This makes the rear very hard, and is obviously for a full load. This is my third of the same model. Previous handbooks stated the same for the front but quoted 48 loaded rear and 36 comfort setting rear. That makes a world of difference and I still use the 36 psi setting on the current vehicle. It’s fine for 5 passengers and a few dogs in the load space.
team tractor
My van runs 60 rear I think and it’s only the same weight over all . just run what you think 👍. My bikes always said 28/30 but I always ran
BrowningDJC
Sounds a bit high on the rear. The AT3 are a good tyre, mine are 8 years old and done over 60,000 miles, still got about 4mm on.
