Fx drs,

Rarely do I buy a new gun, but today out I went a purchased the new fx drs, right straight in, get a cocktail ll stick, the mags are difficult and if you drop a pellet in upside-down you'll have to flick it out or they all fall out. One handed or if you have a injured hand your not doing it. The only other thing is the but pad is not good see photo. Good bits, only had it about 3 hours and put about 200 shots down the garden. There were a few flyers but saying that only about 25mm out, with me and the wind which was quite rough I can say it's very good, there's a few shots I was thinking I'd missed but there were in the same hole, so I'll tell more later about how I get on with it.              The can photo is free standing at 35 yards six shots very windy.        Only my personal choice but secondhand or new, think, it's a no brainier. Enjoy your air guns M.

Another small issue is, there's no plug for the hole where the fill prob goes, I can see this left getting wet or dirty when in the field.

I have to say I wasn't intending to buy a new gun, perhaps one of the new airarms depending upon how they turn out in production. Production. But this new airgun from FX is something else..... I may have to put down a deposit on one.

Well go and get one it really is lovely, I have a BSA r10 in 22 I might just sell it and get a 22 one.

Hello, i am sure someone on the AGF was making some Plugs for this as well as single shot loaders and shorter magazines , the but pad is an easy fix and would help to align scope better, John said he can make these plugs if your interested ?? i can put you in touch or check out www.jce3d.co.uk or email Johnny.chu@jce3d.co.uk

Like the look of this fx and its light weight would be an advantage with my dodgy shoulders.

Any chance of an update in how you are getting on with it.

Seems OK apart from the trigger, it had a first touch of about 1mm now just touch it and it goes off, I am thinking it's me, but? Another problem is the length, when you carry it you have to hold it towards the barrel more or you hitting the ground with the moderator. The

Hi there sorry, yes the drs, very nice, shoot it nearly every day if only a few shots, my garden about 50 meters long. I just like plinking or a little target shot. Would I buy a another, yes, saying this I nearly sold it as i thought I would like the 22 better but my friend has both since he's seen mine and the 177 is the one, the wooden stock model is a lovely thing feels completely different, so 177 and wood, that's what I think. Saying all this I have had loads of air rifles over the years and still have my trusty R10 (22) might sell it and get the Drs, wood in 22. But it's down to your personal choice but the weight and feel of the Drs is in a different world. Thanks I ll up date soon on the accuracy.
