NoBodyImportant
My 4 wheeler is loud and not allowed is some of the forest I hunt. So I bought a ebike. It can be rode with the throttle like a motorcycle but I been riding it all day on the eco setting. Basically it only uses power when you’re going uphill or accelerating. So after 10 miles today my legs are like jelly. Laws here you can have a ebike at 28 miles or less with no license or registration. Because these aren’t considered motorized vehicles you can ride them in national parks. Really thinking this is the key to weight loss as it fun while exercising. Looking to pick up some saddle bags and a shotgun scabbard.
ditchman
careful where you charge it......(fire risk).........your insurance (house) might not pay out if you dont declare e-bike charging

NoBodyImportant
Well so far I enjoy it. I have been using to run around my property as much as I ride the road. I was working up a load for my 357 today and my range is about 500 yards behind my house. So I’d load 12 rounds and ride down to shoot, ride back to the house and load 12 more. It’s really came in handy. I added saddle bags to carry my pistols and ammo. Also added a mirror to see better. Ordered an extra battery also. ’m looking at rifles scabbards now. PeterHenry
I use to cycle to work every day up quite a steep hill on a road bike, and was often overtaken by an old chap on an e-bike who wasent even breaking sweat. I'm still not sure if he was cheating or I was being stupid....
