marsh man
That would be a nice meal for just about everyone Simon , me included , I went in M + S near mine last week and they had just reduced what I thought was a packet of Pork sausages , when I got home I thought I would have a couple for a light lunch , on the label it said Fresh Farm Pork Sausage and the Yellow reduced label had covered up the word Meat , so it was sausage meat and not sausages , still I had no more to do I cut it up into strips and stuck them in the pan , they were not that bad and even my dog enjoyed the ones he had 😋 MM

JohnfromUK
Looks very nice - but - here's how to make it even better. A portion of Paxo sage and onion (can be cooked with the chop). I love sage and onion with pork, poultry and game.
