That would be a nice meal for just about everyone Simon , me included , I went in M + S near mine last week and they had just reduced what I thought was a packet of Pork sausages , when I got home I thought I would have a couple for a light lunch , on the label it said Fresh Farm Pork Sausage and the Yellow reduced label had covered up the word Meat , so it was sausage meat and not sausages , still I had no more to do I cut it up into strips and stuck them in the pan , they were not that bad and even my dog enjoyed the ones he had 😋   MM

If it ever happens again try wrapping the sausage meat in puff pastry (buy it frozen) and run a thin line of caramelised onion chutney along the meat, bake in the oven and serve with beans, food of the gods.
