Obscenely healthy looking dishes there (gonna pretend the Quiche is not there!!), how do you make your Tandori bites?

Certainly healthy but I have to admit it's been awhile since we made our own tandoori chicken, these were from Asda, tasty but a little too dry, the salad and dressing made it ok.

Fairly typical of Asda Chicken I'm afraid - not sure if you warmed the Chicken or had it cold but if you put the meat on a rack over a baking tray with boiling water in it you should find the Chicken more moist.

The tandoori chicken plateful looks lovely and reminds me to get some beetroot in.

Quiche isn't for me at all (I can't eat much egg).

It made a change.

Light bite today, the sweetcorn is what's left after storm Lilian blew them all down.
