I looked out of the window this morning at 4am, saw the 3” of snow and I still drove a 180 mile round trip in a blizzard just for a couple of hours in a wood. I have a Land Rover.

Women make me laugh, she didn't want to drive in 3" of Snow and we were only going 5 miles, still-the hint that she might run out of wine seemed to bolster her confidence 😀.

This morning was again bitterly cold and a degree or two down on yesterday morning , I have now just got back from my early morning walk and it was still minus one when I got back to my motor , still it is a nice dry day ( up to now ) and if you are well wrapped up then it isn't that bad , should be back to normal by the weekend , what is normal  ? , could be anything, but should be back to double figures  :good:

Yes indeed, Yorkshire looks to be VERY wet and relatively warm for our next go at the pheasants.

Just looked at our weekend weather TC and it must be very similar to Yorkshire over the weekend, Saturday , very wet with 9 degrees and Sunday a lot dryer again with 9 degrees , but it's early days yet and it have been known that the met office are not always right , whatever the weather then have a good day , we are not out again till the 30th Nov .:good:

Well T C .. you haven't got to rush about before I will update you as it is here to stay for a while , we were just told not to go outside  unless it is a matter of life or death , so I cannot get my skis out until it ease up a bit , now I know how Captain Scott of the Antarctic felt when he was stuck in his tent for a while .
