marsh man Posted Saturday at 19:53 Report Share Posted Saturday at 19:53 Been out this afternoon and when the rain turned to Wintery showers it was time to head off home , so I certainly needed something warm inside me , I had in stock some Smoked Chicken Breast , a tray of Honey , Soy and Ginger Chicken breasts , from M + S this morning I got a dish of Cheese and Onion Mash and finished it off with some fresh veg and Oxo gravy and for afters I had a small tub of Fruit trifle , verdict it was lovely and I might have the leftovers tomorrow night . Cheers Dave , Maybe I was hungry as with the nights pulling out a bit I now get home nearer to my tea time which is 7pm / 7.30 , and don't nibble about with having a bite to eat while having a cup of tea , the cheese and onion mash was part of the dine in M + S done for Valentines day so today that sort of stuff was half price , I wouldn't want it all the time but as a one off it was very nice , the smoked Chicken was from the Yorkshire smoke house , I had the beef one the other week and gave it to my dog , it was like eating raw meat , the chicken was a lot better and you could eat but again it would be just now and again , it was all edible but some of it was better than the rest . No , in fact with my top dentures in I seem to get even less taste and you have to make the pieces of food a lot smaller , Thursday night we had our shoot dinner at the Fritton Hotel , I had a roast beef dinner and it was well presented and done nice , with my first mouthful I cut up the Yorkshire pudding and put a to bigger bit in my mouth , went to swallow it and it only partly went down , thankfully I had a glass of Shandy and that helped it to go down , after that I had to make sure everything was small enough , haven't tried the bottom set yet as I have only got one tooth missing from the front , in time I will get used to it . I'm sure I could have suffered some of the cheese with the mash, but definitely not all of it. Love hard cheeses, even cheese on toast, can't eat those sauces or cheese mixed into things 😖

One lad I followed on YouTube, an Irish fitness influencer, passed because he had a ticket failure, fit as a fiddle, only mid 20’s I think…. As I say, as I’m a larger chap, it took alot of cooking to get this body the way it is.
