henry d
Well it will be a long weekend at the pub and I`m very much looking forward to seeing the "young guns" Flood and Strettle and hope their flair is still there and that they have matured enough over the past 12-18 months. Now comes the thorny issue of Lesley Vainikolo, not because he is on the bench and will be used as an impact player when 60 minutes are up, but because I prefer players to play for the country of their or their parents birth. Whats your opinion ?? apart from the Welsh getting stuffed
Stu S
I'm afraid that the Welsh getting stuffed is just not good enough for me. They must be absolutley destroyed for me to be happy! As for The Volcano, I agree about players playing for their/their parents country of birth, but this would be far more difficult to manage than would first appear. I'm interested to see what this dude can do on the pitch, and really look forward to him doing a Jonah Lomu style walk over on Shane Williams! All in all, Engalnd are going to win this year, and Wales are going to get exactly what they deserve. A Wooden Spoon. Stu S
Perhaps, but there is nothing better than watching the Welsh getting their a**es handed to them, on a plate, with the St Georges Cross sticking out if the hole and flapping in the breeze!!  Stu

gibby
England's performance in the RWC has given me a little bit more hope in them, but i think France will be too strong second time round. As for today, Ireland to kill Italy by a good 20 points, and England Vs Wales, a win for us by 10 points. Gibby
Ferret Master
The Taffs have to get stuffed, no ifs or buts about it. tiercel
Whats your opinion ?? apart from the Welsh getting stuffed  My opinion is you should write what you know about rugby on the back of a postage stamp and send it to Brian Ashdon. It seems he needs it.

Stu S
I was all ready and prepared to come on here and venture my opinion on the match, and accept defeat graciously. However, after looking at the posts from the obvious Welsh, or rather Ospreys, supporters, I have decided to envoke one of my Mothers teachings to me when I was but a small boy. If you can't say anything nice (about the Welsh), then don't say anything (about the welsh being......) at all. Stu
albifrons
We used our "Get out of jail free card" today. Cannot believe we came away with a win. We did not win the game, but England lost it, if that makes sense..
mad al
well now, everyone was running down the "Ospreys" prior to this "match" . Must be a difficult pill for you so called world champions to swallow  and that is a minor league comment to what we as a Nation would have taken on the chin, as we always do, if the result had gone your way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

But to those physdo pudits who know diddly squat about rugby and even less about the Welsh mentality. Yes I am Gloating!!! As if I am correct out of the last five encounters between Wales and England Its Wales 3 England 2. All the more poinient that this win was at the HQ of English rugby where we have not won for 20 years. I have seen reports saying that the English gave the game to the Welsh. Not true! We upped our game and the opposition could not cope with the pressure. So it's simple the best team on the day won. TC
