its a good feeling

when your children want to get involve.

that first pic you must get framed.

his little face say it all.

i hope that you both now have many happy hunting years together.

like sweepy and little sweepy.

the only time i have seen them this weekend is at mealtimes .

and in about two hours time they will be out again.

so enjoy, jay the time you have with your old dad .

as these moments will last you a lifetime

WELL DONE

Started him on 24 grm subsonic loads and worked up with what felt comfy .

Got to 28 grm and stopped at that :good:

Just ask the lad to be honest you will be amazed how heavy he will go if the gun fits him ok

You're right there... he would snap my arm off if I offered him a shot of my shottie, but it's still too big for him.

I got him on the Ely Fourlongs with the .410 (would have got Magnums, but they were out of stock), but he still insists on a larger bore

You've made my mind up... off to the Barn Shop we go in the next few day's to hopefully find a nice 12 that fits c/w a few box's of 24's & 28's

Nice to see a youngster so genuinely happy !

Just a quick comment to help with your photos, if the subject is backlit by the sky/window etc. point the camera at their feet first and press the shutter button halfway this will set it correctly then without moving your finger frame the picture and press the shutter fully.
