Dr W
For those who are lazy We are hugely excited down here at River Cottage as our new C4 TV series starts on Wednesday 28th May at 9 pm on C4 (for details of when you can catch repeats, click here) and continues on 4th, 11th, 18th June. Focusing on what he does, and we do, brilliantly, Hugh cooks and tastes his way through the abundant crops on offer in River Cottage Spring, the definitive guide to locally produced, seasonal food. Full of fantastic challenges, thought provoking stories, chicken campaign updates and delicious recipes, the series also introduces some new faces in the River Cottage team and welcomes back old friends. All of this set against the backdrop of our HQ, Park Farm. As TV studios go it is one of the more stunning!
