Nial
Does anyone know if there's a factory shop at the Hunter Factory in Dumfries? I need a pair of welly boots and have just realised we'll be driving right past on the way to the in-laws in a couple of weeks. Nial. Highlander
Don't buy Hunters they're ****! and always have been so maybe that's why they've gone out of business!
al4x
my last pair did 5 years use and probably over 5000 miles so personally I can't really fault them, on a new pair now and they seem as good but are the neo Galloway so not the bog standard ones
HaveToShoot
The factory shop WAS about 1/2 mile from my house. Closed down now. Sorry

Bagsy
According to their website Hunter seem to be working out of Edinburgh now Had a pair of Hunter Neo Galloways delivered today from fleabay. Have to say they are superb. I'm sat here with them on as we speak and they're standing up well to the demands of the living room carpet. Early days though, not worn them to bed yet
Nial
According to their website Hunter seem to be working out of Edinburgh now Where it is it's probably just the head office. Had a pair of Hunter Neo Galloways delivered today from fleabay. Have to say they are superb. I'm sat here with them on as we speak and they're standing up well to the demands of the living room carpet. Early days though, not worn them to bed yet How did you know what size you needed to order them on ebay? Anyone know anywhere down Dumfries/Castle Douglas/Gatehouse of Fleet way that stocks a load of different wellies? We're down with the in-laws this weekend so I might try to get an early Christmas present. Nial.
al4x
the neo galloways do seem to come up slightly large so just order your normal shoe size and it should be fine even with thick socks on

Tam
I used to hate wellies with a vengance untill I won a pair of Hunter Neo Abernethy's at Glamis fair last year They are great - I never wear them if im walking any distance though (need ankle support) only fault I have is they are a tad warm
