I didn’t think scopes were not allowed to be sent to the UK. Must a lot of the big manufacturers won’t send them here.

Anyone bought any stuff from eBay when the item and seller are located in the USA? I know a lot of the big retailers say they won’t ship to the UK but some of the eBay sellers seem to. Thwyre a few hundred quid cheaper on certain scopes...

It sounds like they knew what they were doing and intentionally left the ammo etc. “Too hot to handle” springs to mind. Probably just after valuables that are quick to get rid of. A friend of mine is looking to setup some activity based stuff at his farm and would require some facilities put in, especially something like a toilet block. Just wondering if anyone knew a rough cost of something like this? Also considering those type of “posh loos” at festivals now? I will consider a sprocker when the time comes, I don’t think of them as the same sort of ‘risk’ as a mongrel, as many years ago springers and cockers were apparently in the same litter, with the bigger dogs being used to spring game and the smaller spaniels to hunt woodcock. I wouldn’t consider this a mongrel as I would say crossing two totally different ‘types’. We shall have to see what’s about when the time is right anyways.

Right I’ve sold a shotgun to a mate of mine, I’ve filled out one of the lines in “Table 2 - shotguns transferred” with all the details of the gun - my name and address and shotgun licence number. Move got two ‘notification of transfer’ forms all fill in for each of us - one to inform my authority that I sold it and one to inform his authority he bought it. Now - do I need to write anything on my own licence to say I no longer own the gun?
