  1. lol. Only you could come up with a ludicrous idea like that....... ...... anyone got a spare battery
  2. Yep, same here. when i have to use a shotgun then the 52g 3 are what i go for. charlie bowls over every time. you just need to keep the range sensible and put your bead on its knees so the recoil pulls the muzzle up into the vital areas. Phil.
  3. easy to check without firing. you take the carrier out and see if it sits square on a flat surface, if one corner is up then its bend. 28g of 7 noble sport is my main one, i have gone as low as 21g with no problems and the same for 32g of 6. before the carrier was changed it would happen ever 20 or so shots if i didnt keep the gun spotless. Phil.
  4. Yep, i had the same with a U2. if gun was dirty then it would catch, after speaking to baretta they said that a replacement carrier should sort the problem. i was at the CLA and went for a chat to GMK and one very kind gent went out back and got me a new carrier. fitted it when i got home and since then i havent had a problem. 1500 carts since and i think i should clean it.hehe. Phil.
  5. Last year i had it the same. after speaking to the farmer it turned out the farm next door had the same. he had 2 differant varieties of rape growing, one field was differant and it was that one they hit, the farm next door had all the same as this one field. so it was put down to rape variety. Phil.
  6. Now that would help wouldnt it PM on way. Phil.
  7. Up to you mate. either just privi as that all im loading with or send both and then i will add my rem brass to your mixed and send that out to some one. i have 20(ish) once fired Rems. all the best Phil.
  8. Hello Sir. I would be happy to take the privi off you Frenchieboy. regards Phil.
  9. I leave mine on the bonnet of the truck, saves a few quid as it stops them putting my window through. just pull the cocking handle and front nut. Phil
  10. Thanks RARMS ATB Phil.
  11. Have you trimmed it at all. i want for a cocker, what you think, will it be to big for him? if you think it will be ok then i will take it please. Phil.
  12. Well the rain stopped so did you get out and kill some grass? I have just ordered new batteries for my ear fenders.lol. Anyone know what the thread on the little torx screws are on the mounts please. Phil.
  13. i didnt think swimming was a problem, just the running and prating around on hard ground that pounds the bones and cartilage. the body is supported in the water so no pressure is put on these delicate areas. i have a mate who's dog had a knee opp, wasnt allowed to walk any distance for weeks but was put in the pool as soon as the scab had formed.
  14. I dont get many big bags, my bag shooting is normally the harvest 4 weeks and then its back to half a dozen a time. I just love been out there, me and my dog and on occasions i get company to share what i love. wednesday i went out for a couple of hours in the evening and come home with a Canada, rabbit and squirrel, all with 22lr on the ground. yesterday i wanted a little walk around with the dog again. just walking a little bit of grass land and ended up with 2 rabbits, 2 pigeons and 3 pheasants. the pigeons had oxygen masks on but the no5 hit the mark and they just crumpled. i have never bolted rabbits before with my cocker so i was so proud when he did flush a few for the gun and then go out to retrieve them. all in all a very nice few hours walking around and enjoying things. saw a few roe and muntjac for later in the year and more rabbits for a few more days walking around. never mind the bag sizes, its just great to be out. Phil.
  15. Well! could it? I was just checking in to see if he had. Well! have ya, have ya? did it go pop?
  16. Ive been with virgin for 14years, was telewest before that. never had a problem with BB, cable box packed up a few time but easy fixed with a swap box. landlines always been spot on. mobile.....dont get me started. no reception, calls dropping, phones are old and brake after a month so that swap them for a recon and it packs up. i have to stick with them because there is no one as cheap as i pay but sometimes i wonder if its worth it with the mobile.
  17. lol. sounds about right.lol. did it come today? been popping bunnies, squirrels and geese again this evening.
  18. If i was you i would wait until someone, like me, has a camera on you, at least then if it does go wrong it wouldn't be for nothing. i will split the £250 with you for you've been framed. haha. ATB Phil.
  19. Bit late but never mind. i get 90p a breat as long as its clean and wrapped in cliing film. or 35p in the feather from a couple of game dealers.
  20. Any one have any once fired privi case's that they have going begging please. i have a few of other flavours but, i dont know why, i like the PPU cases better. must be once fired only Please. thanks people for looking Kind regards Phil.
  21. Humming in to is works well, like you would with a kazoo. if the blackies arnt play when i use the power call then a very stupid random calling with the primos works. trying to sound like a crow attacking an owl or something.
  22. i have 111 in frezzer if you want to come and get them. im up the road in gloucester. pm if any good to you. Phil
  23. but this U-caller is only for taking photos as we all know how illegal it is to call birds with electronic aid so one can shoot them. Be a little careful on how you word things as some forums are watched for fuel Phil.
