not really. as i said it was not meant to cause offence. i was merely pointing out, to put it a different way, that americans arent as reserved in their reactions and emotions as we would be - where a brit would be standing quietly with a smug smile an american would be whooping with joy and jumping about (going by the americans ive met anyway) and so we see alot of that in the video

the end of the barrel ones are useless, but i have one that goes in the chamber (12ga) and i use it all the time, great for a bit of practice at home and to check gun fit

you can get barrel clamps that will hold torch underneath a gun, so thats not a problem. usually id advise someone starting out to get a cheap sbs with fixed chokes, even a double trigger (simpler the better). once you learn the basics and learn how to shoot youll know what sort of gun suits you best and be ready to start worrying about multi chokes, etc, and what kind of gun to go for - personally i stick with pump actions as they suit me best, but each to their own. also ill just say some semi auto's and pumps do let you mount a scope on top of them without all that workl, i have a bracket somewhere for my old benelli montefeltro that clamped over the receiver to let me mount a scope on it, and some guns come predrilled to allow you to fit a scope rail on top. not much use unless youre using solid slugs, etc, but there you go

i staved off the freezing cold when i went wet bouldering and rafting last november using one of these, it even works when youre wet

sorry you misunderstood, i meant no to dekers post about them looking like a shotgun heres a pic of the group i got, pointing out now i was using a 6-24 scope and was prone, shooting of a bipod, hardly any wind, etc etc. the yellow jackets are the small group of 5, the 5 dots of mud were a previous grouping attempt with winchester laser x's or something just shows different guns like different ammo, though the strange thing is this year my 10/22 decided it didnt like yellow jackets anymore :look:, so i started using remington target rounds instead ps the square of masking tape was about 1"
