  1. Nail, Head, post sums it up for me 👋.
  2. I have no interest in the Nazi Party but I will exercise my right to be critical of their actions.

    What gun is it for?????
  4. Strewth - never saw it more than half full!!!
  5. They used to use the field on the right as you arrive?
  6. Nope, not a gun dealer (dont sell guns) nor a BASC member (as they left me high and dry many years ago when I was falsely accused of violent behaviour)
  7. Drayton Parslow GC, used to be a guy there called "Ginger" - doesn't charge if I remember correctly and is a superb shot/laugh. He taught my son who then took the junior club trophy within 3 months.
  8. Cannot help but wonder why the GTA with it's fairly limited membership are fighting this matter yet BASC are not?
  9. Would have made a great video I think, well done - the 510 is a great gun but it doesn't shoot 32 pigeons on it's own.
  10. Sounds interesting, will await your findings 🤔.
  11. Can't disagree there, but it's no problem as long as you don't add any more salt, the normal pots are a little underwhelming and often 2 are needed but the intense version is good as a one dose job.
  12. I went half way round the country to get one a few years back, but for all it promised it was not as accurate as my Original 35 and the much promoted Walnut stock was so featureless that you could nod off just looking at it, really glad that you love yours but not for me I'm afraid. Only BSA is own now was made in 1926.
  13. TBH I've not used gravy granules for years as I find the Knorr stock pots (I use the intense versions) much nicer. If I can I use liquid from a Trivet or cook Onion gravy from scratch but it takes ages.
  14. Hand on heart I was thinking gravy granules but thought nah - he wouldn't so I was pretty close. Do I get a prize?
  15. I'll guess first...Onions, Beef stock and Cranberry Sauce.
  16. Yep, that was one of mine, stunning to look at but frustrating to shoot. I feel the same about all the BSA last ditch attempts at making a rifle to compete with the German makers - Mercury S and Challenger as well as the Airsporter S, none of which delivered anything but exclusivity I'm afraid. Whilst I have no proof I bet the Mag testers/writers gushed all over them.
  17. Had 2 of these in the past TBH if they shot half as good as they looked then I could understand the desire for them, but in my experience they are a little disappointing. BSA had the right idea but should have spent the same time on the engineering as they did the aesthetics.
  18. Artificially Inseminated? Could explain a lot tbh.
  19. Looks like a common Oak Gall after searching google.
  20. Think it's called a Gall, caused by a wasp from memory.
  21. As already said it's brilliant that you have walked away from what could have been very bad. My wife suffers but a simple change in her Meds last year has resulted in 2-3 attacks a week down to none over the last year . Not sure what triggers yours and it may be worth thinking about - my Wife's seemed to be stress related and identifying the trigger (if you have one) is a huge benefit. Take care, you might be eligible for a Bus pass btw.
  22. The service has been plummeting downhill for years, remember first class post by 9 AM then 2nd class in the afternoon? Prices for parcels are higher than most couriers and I doubt if anyone on this forum has never had an item go missing. I try to use sellers that use DPD or Yodel nowadays as the PO is just so slow and unreliable.
  23. Got to admire his balls with an immediate response like that, cannot help but think most of our lot would be left crying in the footwell then have 6 months off work followed by intensive therapy.
