  1. Well if he is that ill ,Scully, maybe we should finish him off with a stout branch? I have no sympathy for him.
  2. Very few meds actually go out of date and become inactive-I seem to recall that the US army make a point of purchasing many of its medical supplies from out of date suppliers to save money.
  3. My lad has a Hatsan semi in 20g and shoots really well with it. As a semi, though, I think that safety is more critical cos its not just a case of dropping the barrel. We were sold a full size version by mistake but it fits him well-I love shooting it as well.

    speeding??

Up to 34mph its a £60 fine and 3 points-35+mph allows you to take another speed awareness course (I think its one per 3 years). The course is £95 so you are £35 down and if your licence is clean then a SP30 is un likely to increase your premiums-it might be worth taking the points so check with your insurer.
  5. Agreed evo-I guess its easy with a little experience. Only other solution I can think of is if the mod is miss-aligned but the previous owner did not realise and because the point of impact was miles off he fitted a miss match of mounts to get around it? Or could the barrel support band (the figure of 8) have become twisted off centre and is pulling the barrel to one side?-these barrels are very thin.
  6. You can fiddle with the scope and mounts till the cows come home but that wont stop the gun clipping the moderator. This may be the problem or an extra one-what mod is it?
  7. Peddle your Deity to James Bulger or April Jones or the thousands of children murdered every year. When you have finished doing that collect the 14+ million people who died in the Holocaust and ask their souls to praise the Almighty. Religion is for those scared of dying or too lazy to contemplate the truth. Take a look around the world at the suffering of "his" children you will realise that man was born of bacteria and detritus-and is heading back that way at high speed.
  8. That's very good m8-not sure why you would decoy Woodpeckers but what the hey!! (only messing m8-very realistic )
  9. novice cushie shooter-here here. God bless her-lets hope she gets endless fun from it.
  10. You should be able to get an early Gsxr1000k2 (2002) for about 2.5k but first the insurance will kill you-then the bike will kill whatever is left of you. The graveyards are full of riders who pass their test and think that they can handle a 1000cc sportsbike.
  11. Pretty sure that no-one would offer if they thought that you were asking for money so lets give your daughter a smile-I'm MORE than happy to help-pm me your paypal name and the money will be with you tonight-only thing in return is a picture on the site of her enjoying it.
  12. Count me in for a replacement-happy to PayPal you a fiver if we can get 9 more decent pigeon watchers.
  13. Is it 3.5v6 GDI?-I have a complete car on my drive that bin sat there for nearly 2 years-gippo's have cut the CAT off it and its got a flat but otherwise its all good.
  14. In my opinion the MK5 Airstream is a waste of money-I think that the MK6 is already on sale-have a look on the D/state owners forum. HW do a brilliant one-virtually inaudible but it adds length-others on the forum seem to go for a Hugget?. Be careful whichever one you choose, quite a few Daystates seem to have suffered with poorly aligned/machined adaptors recently which could cause you to damage a potentially brand new silencer. If you compare the D/state with others in a shop-you must use a pellet to make it work properly.
  15. You could buy a "weasel ball" for about a fiver on the bay and place it in a shallow tray?
  16. Could it just be an accident? Or did the creature do it on porpoise?
  17. Chambers do the set for £16
  18. A knighthood should be awarded to those who have worked selflessly for the greater good of others-not those who hit a ball with a bat. Any soldier who comes under fire in the name humanity should be rewarded, instead they face redundancy and hardship. Where has it all gone so wrong?

    RWS s50

From memory its a Daystate LR90 in all but name and is built to accommodate a 10 shot magazine.
  20. Aris-in response to your questions-YES -I would have taken an organ from anyone who was a match-If you stood by me long enough I would have popped yours out
  21. Someone told me years ago that Brut aftershave works-I use it in the summer and I have never been bitten by anything-could be a coincidence but I'm going to stick with it.
  22. Just over 8 years ago, in Portsmouth, a 21 year old girl died of a brain haemorrhage. She was carrying a donor card and her parents knew of her wishes. By a one in a million chance her tissue type was practically identical to mine and, after a 14 hour operation I received her Kidney and Pancreas. I think of her most days and light a candle at our church for her every year on the day that she died. I will not bore you with the full details of my medical history or the trauma of over a year in recovery because those who are not willing to donate will never change their minds, but might I suggest that unless YOU have been in a situation where death is the only alternative to transplantation, you are a little blinkered.
