The pups are not the worry for me, they may turn out to be gentle beasts in the right hands, its the fact that there is a pitball out there that could be dangerous to others. Its hard to call if you report it the pitball could be found and pups could be destroyed, but if you dont report it the pitball goes on and may put children and other dogs lives risk.

Have you missed what I said Bull breeds do alot of damage than alot of other breeds. My lab has been in a fight with a couple of other labs(all due to these other labs wanting the squeeky toy my dog had btw) and other than a mouthful of fur no serious damage. While on the other hand the staffies that have attacked him left him with a puncture wounds on his head, ears, throat and shoulders, with one going for my throat trying to keep my dog out of its reach. As I said in the other thread I dont need to read the newspapers about it, I see it with my own eyes. So I will never trust one of them near me and my dog especially when some of the owners just stand there smirking while its dog is doing its damage. Bull breeds was used for baiting and fighting can you breed that out of a bull breed totally no, its in them and always will be and I do agree its the owners that play a huge factor in what it turns out to be but I cannot judge an owner if they have if Ive never seen them before.

Those named I would say would be hard to stop and the amount of damage they could do if they decided to have a go at something. One thing is for sure I would rather fend off a JRTs, springers, labs than any of the bull breeds.

I remember being at a friends house who had a staffie, it was friendly until I picked up a broomstick. Hell I thought it was gonna have my head off. I dont need to read Newspapers to hear about these dogs I see it with my own eyes, they maybe great with children but what about other dogs out in the park? Any consideration for other dog owners who may treat there dog as one of the family but then to see it being ravaged by a staffie? Its happened to me and my dog too many times and thats why I dont trust one Staffie anywhere near me or my dog and I now put on steel toe caps while walking my dog in case I need to use them against them, luckily have not done so yet. Also you really think these Chavs who get staffies get them because they are great with children? Nah think again. The good owners are becoming less and less these days and its about time something is done about it. But saying that the scum will probably move onto bigger breeds like Akita's and Rottweilers.
