Ive just watched a few films mentioned that ive not seen before Cross of Iron and the thin red line, great score and watching it, its no wonder why the Americans dropped the A-bombs on Japan. A film thats hard to get the highest Honour probably not the greatest war film but a good watch.

Nearly saw a motorcyclist knock own a cyclist crossing the road, inches away. Motorcyclist was raging punching his helmet after stopping dont blame him as the cyclist never looked. Only time I didnt have my dashcam on record. Thing I hate is cyclists always moan about wanting upgrades on roads to suit cyclists well why dont they pay a tax like a vehicle to help pay for them?

I actually cant decide who though tbh I would like to vote tory, but where I live its either Labour or SNP and I hate both as much as each other. Im maybe hoping for a Tory and UKIP coalition or A Conservative win but enough votes for UKIP to make them listen to what the people want. Up here we have this tactical voting going round, sadly I cant be dealing with another referendum on Scottish independence so I might have to do the thing I dread most and vote Labour

It was the lib dems that said it but they are basically the same(Its why many voters going to SNP/Ukip for change). If the tories win and do put referendum through The Libs will have a say on it as grrrclark said in previous post it would have to be passed through parliament and in the past DC has said he will do everything he can to keep the UK in the EU. We are being taken for a ride by the Cons and sheepishly you follow them.

They may offer a referendum but will it be a fair referendum? as has been on the news recently they want 16 year olds to vote and anybody who has just moved here a vote, why you think we didnt get a referendum for this term in office? Cant negotiate a deal with the EU so DC is just plainly lying again.

Did you forget the big price tag the UK got for doing so well back in November? whats actually happened to that. No matter how well the UK is someone else takes it. Now I would vote Conservatives in most cases but why dont they offer a Vote on EU? Im stuck now on who to vote UKIP or Tory as Ruth Davidson up here in Scotland is winning me over, well at least with her you know what your voting for and I think she's intelligent. But I suppose up here neither UKIP or Conservatives have any chance.

Could he not just have some sort of addiction to the xbox and has some sort of withdrawal symptoms from being away from it? If it was me I would wean him of the xbox at least out of his room. Or try and get him to go round his friends house and play it with him at least he gets some interaction. 3 weeks is too short but you need to start somewhere right? You need a good amount of carbs at the right time of day as well as a lot of protein and some good fats, yeah fats not so bad. Protein is the bricks. Carbs are the brick layers. Fat is the cement. But you need to eat the right sort of carbs (simplex/complex) and fats if you dont have enough carbs which is required by your muscles for energy then you are actually wasting your time as your body starts eating into the proteins/muscles. ​Quit the drinking alcohol can lower testosterone by upto 40% and you need as much of that as possible. Swap White bread and rice for Brown rice and wholemeal bread. Chicken turkey Salmon Tuna all contain a good amount of protein and low fat. Stay away from these Diet products they are a waste and useless. mixed opinions on eggs but I have them without the yolks. As for protein shakes they are not really needed all your nutrition should come from what you eat proper food, eat frequently every 2 to 3 hours but smaller meals. ​As for exercise each person is different if you just want to lose the fat get yourself down to the leasure centre/gym and sign upto spin class, metafit or insanity. Or if you want some muscle the gym but dont overdo it by lifting the heaviest weights you can all you do is hurt yourself and you wont go back. Yes there are a colony of Wallabies on Inchconnachan on loch Lomond. I see at least 3 every time I visit the island. Sadly though they have been inbreeding so health wont be that good also people with dogs end up killing them just like they have done with the capercaillie on the other islands.
