I used to play golf with a group of close friends most weekends good banter few drinks after etc. Then I got a permanent knee problem and can no long walk the course, started using a buggy weather permitting. Then friend slowly stopped playing usual things work/family commitments so I needed some other intrest. Anyway my daughter for fathers day took me to our local shooting ground and that was it I am hooked. In a way I find it similar to going to golf I have met some great people and have some friendly banter.

It took six weeks for me, from posting application form to receiving cert that was last year.

I recently borrowed a Berette 686 at a clay ground that they claimed had had 1 million carts through it. Dont think much to their engineering as it has needed servicing twice AND replacement hinge pins.

Wife ordered a jacket for me in December(Xmas) present as didn't have my size in stock told it would be 4 or 5 days and would call her as we live 15 miles away. Went in last week to get refund and picked up the same jacket off the rail apparently just came in that morning.
