Primarily for what the insurance offers and for the legal representation if I ever need it without having to beg. So BASC is on the cusp of change is it? What change is BASC on the cusp of? Why is it so important for BASC to buy land and what type of land would be purchased? Will you be advocating BASC actually representing an individual when they need it rather than just when you think you might win? What will BASC do for ME?
