There is a none return valve in the jets which apparently fails and blocks the unit making it a design fault which ford wont admit as this then would be a warranty claim so they just say "blocked jets" which is not.

Are a over complicated pain in the neck. My 17reg Kuga has three windscreen washer jets. Two of which have stopped working. I could not even get the things off. Local ford agent wants £93 to replace the none working ones. They can not be unblocked. Checked online and the "heated" jets cost £36 each from Fords. cant see any aftermarket ones. Gone are the days when you just attacked a blocked jet with a needle and all was good.

If Mr Digweed endorses this then yes it will sell. Whether it will help shooters???????

I have practical experience of several people coming to end of life and wishing the thousands they have in the bank had been put to good use. I personally am a collector of "nice things" whether I need them or not. I do get a lot of enjoyment out of my "things"

Thanks for the advice. I really only wanted the gun for what it was "nice" and it would have spent it's life in my cabinet, just another gizzit. Your advice I am sure is sound.

Decided against it. Went for a final view and the gun has developed some hanger rash. I only really fancied it as it was over 100 years old and appeared to be unused. Oh well.

This Saturday, my little lad "he's 63" is racing his yacht Spoofer with his son. There is an App you can download to watch the race for anyone interested. He did the Fastnet a couple of years ago and had the distinction of finishing last but at least he did it!. I only wish I could be with him on Sat. Wish him luck.

Just had a letter informing me I have won £825,000 on a fifa lottery. I will rec my cheque after phoning this number. Quick search shows this number is used to scam. Why am I not surprised? Never heard of this one before. Anyone else had it?
