Quite. Why not use the site as a sales tool for people not interested in guns or shooting. Lots of folk inherit airguns and equipment and have no clue as to where to get a good deal. But of course posting in the right section.

I bought a gun from a rfd in Wales somewhere and he told me for just one gun the price was prohibitive he used to send them in lots and even that was expensive. better by far to put the gun up for sale here in the Uk. Lead ban or not there will always be a decent market for really nice guns. If you are fishing for a buyer I am sure the mods will have something to say.

I was pleased to pay £70 for mine, but you cant tell them from new. That also goes for the leather case as well. Most nocks seem to have suffered a price drop in recent years.

I dont have dogs but I agree with this post. Why make such an issue over nothing. just leash your dogs for a while and everyones happy, the ranger probably has bad experience with dogs worrying sheep and is just being belt and braces.

Cant help with the history. Mine are a later pair and by far the best nocks I have ever owned. apparently they are easily damaged with knocks so treat them gently.

We ran a beetle for nearly ten years not a sign of rust anywhere. One of the best little motors we have owned. But grossly underpowered.

Looks to me to be original stitching. Probably originally carried a motif.

For sale is my lovely very near mint Daystate. Has not yet fired a full tin of pellets and is in excellent condition. Only marks are a few very very tiny pressure marks on the cheek piece, too small to show in photos. The gun is shooting at around 11.25 ft/lbs with AA field pellets. I have had the gun from new and it's just not getting any use so time to move on. I regret because of past problems I will not post but if you collect you can shoot the gun in my garden at 10 mtrs I am at NG10 Gun comes with original paperwork , original box, a reflex silencer and a shiny 4x40 scope with lovely clear optics scope sits on BKL mounts. Just remembered there is also the tool to remove the anti tamper and a spare set of "o" rings, all unused. One mag and a single shot tray. PRICE IS £400 no offers please this is an excellent price for a nearly new Daystate.

Hi. Does it actually say that airguns MUST be locked away in cabinets? Or just that it's best if they are. I know that the owner of the guns is now responsible if airguns fall into the wrong hands but I see nothing about locking them away being actual law. Someone please show links.

Because your doctors say they are "overrun" does not mean they really are, where cash is involved you may find it works wonders. My doctors cant see anyone for months poor things but did my renewal form in a couple of days when £70 cash was involved.

Yep! I wonder how many houses are broken into to steal shotguns. Hardly worthwhile now as most are worth nowt. The crinimals use machine pistols and we aren't allowed to have them!
