  1. Well aware of that I think ts a good thing the use of air rifles is permitted as well as shotgun

  6. Think he might be referring to the bead blasted finish on the flats some people think it can encourage rusting or patina which is why some prefere a mirror polish
  7. Out and about today scaffolding in spalding area and spotted quite a few pigeon on rape and what looked like rescently disc field that once had cabbages on it quadring and gosberton area they seemed to be building up nicely though the day ,

  11. Hold over at close range must be massive , on the up side longer range hold over must be reduced not pleasing to my eye but if it's functional then great I bet I would come in very handy lamping from a vechile I'd quite like to handle that ugly beast

  18. It's defo nit a browned barrel as there's still plenty of bluing showing along with patches of brown where the bluing as thinned

Got a old side by side here that's got brownish barrels where the bluing has worn off over the years of use it's only a cheaply and it doesn't bother me as I like a bit of aged look to things but can't help wondering what effect it'd have if I took the buffing wheel an compound to it on my bench grinder, it's one of them stitched cotton wheel jobbies, Iv have tried plenty of wire wool an oil and plenty of elbow grease but I can't seem to shift it
  20. Get a cheap hand held belt sander and clamp it upside down in a workmate , also using it for ya toe nails then
  21. Aldis where doing them for £25 awhile ago cheap but ok for small wood work jobs etc , machine mart do the for around £30-40
