  4. Got a wee harbour you might be able to get out sea fishing, if not the Deveron river is not far away permit from tackle shop in Buckie, plenty of bow fishing to be had, Millbuies, Loch Park an a few wee other rainbow venues. B

For UK waters I would just buy mill end cheap fly lines, no point going mega expensive as they will get caught up on rocks, mussels etc., If you were fishing abroard then yes get the more expensive lines are they are better suited to the heat and you would be fishing over flats etc so line would last. B.
  6. I use it in capsule form, gives good jacket and improves general health. I used to use the liquid stuff and found it too messy. Buy mine in 1,000 packs for dogs off ebay and you go by weight number of capsules per day. B.

Aye £60 is the going rate to sand to fit the stock, tip is to put a couple turns of masking tape around the wood so if you slip the tape will act as a buffer, just replace the tape and start agian. Wish I had bought the belt sander on offer in Aldi in the summer, £28 and Iwould have saved £32 and have another power tool! Bod.

  16. Hi, Anyone got a set of butt shims for a hatson? I never got any with mine and it's a wee bit short in LOP for me. B.
  17. Check out you tube in US guy has a set up using battery drill clamped inside a drum and the feathers are collected in the drum looks a good idea. B.

  19. Don't know much about Ullapool area for wildfowling, why not pop over to the Dornoch Firth or joing the Blackisle Wildfowlers association, not too far away from you. B.

I use drums with drink nipples supplied by Solway feeders, birds use them straight away and it stops dirt and slim, water lasts a lot longer by keeping clean and good if you need to add any medicine etc., Nipples £1.25 ea four to a drum, if you need to carry water to your feeders these save a lot of waste and time. B.
