I'm sure I read in a mag some time ago that fiochis loaded for the English market would have eng shot sizes in them but that must of been the game shells only,i thought that the difference between eng and conti sizes was 1/2 ie conti 8= eng 7 1/2?

All ways lead to belive fiochi use english sizes for there shot?

guys I think it's about time I upgraded from my single shot ultra for some thing multi shot, thing is it's tench regd and bang on shot after shot and so sweet to shoot that I wouldn't have a clue what to replace it with am wondering wether to get a rowan eng multi shot conversion for it. all advice and suggs/exs wellcomed

I think some people see steel as a disadvantage in there mind witch then transfers to there shooting it rely isn't that bad and as pestcontrol1 has said boy dose it kill well, when the correct shot size is chosen

have used hull steel game 32g and 28g #4 through cyl choke to very good effect at all common decoy ranges

try trust 32gr #5 they seem very good through my hushy {don't worry about them being plastic wads don't make no difference} you can shoot them with out ear plugs there that quiet

im running 11.5 with aa diabolo 16gr the gamo pba is only 9.8gr and produces only 9.5 ftlb at the aa settings . I can't use my shot gun because of the noise and I will be selling the pigeons on for meat for hawks ect so need to be lead free why if I have the gun set specifically for use with alloy ammo and am stopped with said gun and alloy ammo can't they use there ******* common sense and use the ammo I'm using coz its pretty obvious I'm using it for a reason and not lead

if I set my gun up to use gamo pba raptors to 11.5 ftlb would I then be in breach of the law if the old bill tested it with a lead equivalent ?

guys any body know how much a huma diy reg is for a bsa ultra mmc its one of the early pre anti tamper models I picked one up for the mrs and its still completely standard and iv heard tench don't do regs any more and that the huma ones are diy fitting plus set up all info wellcome

put simply very accurate extremely consistent

had my hatsan escort for over 8yrs still going strong and still no problems much to everybody elseses annoyance

my sterling hr81 is just as accurate now as when first new in 1984/85 but still no where as consistent as my bsa ultra over distance

so if I got pulled up at night whilst lamping by the old bill coz joe public got suspicious and they took and tested the gun at that power output your saying that I would be let off for being in possession of an illegally held unlicensed weapon when the onus is on the owner/user for the gun to remain below 12ftlbs just coz xtx had rebuilt the regulator and sent it back to me to refit. whos to say I couldn't of tampered with it ,he could deny even resealing it!
