I think they look a great car. Very good for the money. Higher spec ones have lots of toys. Only criticism the reviewers seem to have is the rather wobbly ride. I was looking at them recently. I have only done web research on them though so cant say what they are like in the flesh...

Certainly an interesting bloke! Talks some sense but think he likes to shock people by talking about cannibalism. I couldn't bring myself to eat any of that road kill but kind of admire people who can.

Sandblasting will likely damage the faces of the bricks and this will lead to faster damage to the bricks through frost and water damage. I would be surprised if a jet wash would get all the paint off. I would suggest properly preparing and painting.

This seems sensible to me. I don't think that people automatically think that everything is fine if the safety catch is on. Its just another line of defence.
