But it does shoot flatter and faster than most Walker And it also gives you that bit of margin for error if you dont quite do thinks right. Its also ideal if you want to stalk bigger game

Love my 270 Shoots flat / fast and packs a punch - not really affected by the odd bit of stubble or twig Recoil not too bad

  10. Great morning ! Have a good holiday !
  11. Was it rooks , crows or jacks that you managed to shoot Ladyjack ? Me and my pal had a mega day yesterday and got 155 mixed crows and jacks - perhaps 75 crows and the other jacks and 5 pigeon Decoying off a flightline to a feed store
  12. 1 in the trap Saturday And amazing mixed day of crows and jacks yesterday 155 ! TOTAL 409
  13. I think sometimes all calls work At other not a chance Think Buttalo for Roe or a crow call - if you are in the right place with the decoys is awesome Many use fox calls so it makes sense this will work
  14. 100 percent Larsen - works all day everyday Make a little nest in it - put it by a wall or hedge and in the birds go
  15. Im out every night and a fair few cats are about from the local farm - I honestly would say the difference between the two is striking - far more than a badger or even sometimes a hare The one thing i do sometimes wonder is how people can shoot 300 plus yard foxes with 100 percent identification with thermal - i do wonder if some over estimate the range
  16. Keep at them bud ! 👍👍
  17. I have no major issue with rooks like i do crows - indeed up here where it once was flocks of rooks its now massive flocks of crows. The thing rooks do is eat the a few eggs and fledglings - nothing like crows or magpies but they are really bad at pulling up seed that has just chitted - back in the day i have seen acres upended - As i say though the rookeries are a lot smaller and quieter than years ago
