  1. Ordered them Saturday (25th)and received them this morning. 🙂
  2. It depends on what rifle/calibre you intend to use it for. I would think that for air rifles or rimfire rifles, this would be okay, possibly for larger calibres too. I've never tried one though.
  3. There's a few Squirrel control groups on Facebook. Try them, you might get lucky.
  4. If and when you get them off, clean the threads and smear some Copperslip grease on them. I use this on all my chokes and it works well.
  5. WD40 sprayed on them and left for awhile sometimes works, or you could soak the ends of the barrels in diesel, although you could end up damaging the bluing. Another way, and again this could mark the bluing, is to lightly heat up the barrels using a blow lamp and then try and remove the chokes. I would try the WD40 method first.
  6. I've just ordered the above DVD from Chris Green. This is due for release on Dec' 7th and I should receive mine soon after. Once viewed it will be up for sale, priced at £18:50 inc postage. The DVD will NOT be copied and will be in mint condition.
  7. A good price too. The ones I bought would have been £2:50 cheaper without the postage.
  8. The above gentleman has sadly passed away at the age of 80.
  9. I've just checked online to see who is the cheapest retailer that sells the above item. I needed 4, and found that ReloadingUK was the best @ £27:10 inc R.M tracked postage.
  10. Another excellent video Simon. Thank you once again and I (plus many other's) look forward to your next one.
  11. Quite a lot are, sadly, although all of mine (Hawke) are of good quality.
  12. Has anyone heard of the above make of scope? There's an offer (via GunMart) of £150 off the retail price. Now £260 inc pp.
  13. I'm selling the above chronograph. It's in excellent conditionboxed and has had very little use, the last time was Feb' last year. It can be used to measure velocities of Rifles, Pistols, Arrows, Shotguns and Paintballs in Metric or FPS. Very accurate. Velocity range is 21-7000 FPS.It can hold 9 shot strings of up to 99 shots. Please note that this is not the Blu Tooth version. Selling for £60:00 inc pp. Advertised elsewhere. SOLD
  14. I have these for sale. Last worn approx 15 months ago and have been in storage since. Only worn approx 5 times. In very good condition. The model # of the boots is K538BLK-15 are are described as Snow Boots. All I know is that I bought them to wear down on the beach/rocks when I used to take my dog down there. They are waterproof to a certain degree as most of the boots are rubber. As can be seen by the soles, there is hardly any wear at all. £25:00 inc pp.
  15. Nothing wrong with the Ruger 10/22, however, for better accuracy, you could look at a bolt action rifle such as a CZ452. The 10/22 could be fussy if you intend using sub sonic ammunition for rabbiting, as it's better designed for higher velocity ammo'.
  16. I have been sent two December issues of the above magazine. If anyone wants one and are happy to pay the postage at cost (not sure how much, but less than £2.00) I will get it posted to you
  17. I also have these in all my cabinets.
