  1. I have one fitted and it's excellent. Weight wise, it's very little.
  2. Nice to see that India has landed a rocket on the moon. Also nice to see that the £33.4 million we gave them in aid (2022-2023) was put to good use!!!!
  3. Hello Bill. Many thanks for sending the Hazelnuts, much appreciated. I'm not too sure about 'nut's being ripe. usually, when they fall off the tree, I assume they are ready to plant. I'll let you know when they arrive, and as usual, I'm more than happy to cover postage costs. Regards Steve.
  4. I have approx 4 each of the above that are now ready to be moved on. They can either be repotted or planted out. These are FREE, all I ask is that the postage be covered.
  5. Thanks for all recommendations. It seems that the Wagner brand is best, but they vary in price from sub £100 to a few £100. I don't want to spend too much on one as it would only be used once a year.
  6. I've just been reading about this https://www.longshotcameras.com/products/hawk?fbclid=IwAR0pq3z2EhC_J8zV9ikrHqF0D7tQ2IiEw-YjckW0Q1nePb9RoPJtLwN3pqw which albeit a bit expensive, looks good. £295 via Uttings.
  7. Just look at history to see who started having slaves.
  8. Can someone recommend a reasonably good paint spray gun please? I want it to paint feather edge fence panels. I have given then a good first coat of Fence Life water based paint, using a brush, which I think is best, but would like to try a sprayer for the second and subsequent coats. Not too expensive but value for money. Thanks.
  9. Does anyone use the above adapter to allow a thermal scope to attach as front add on?
  10. A video (RING) door bell can be linked to your mobile phone.
  11. Not a legal requirement. If he's a member of BASC, tell him to contact them. I had a similar problem a few years ago, and BASC sorted it out.
  12. Hi Gary, As far as I know, the 'smell' represents a dead animal, which would be an easy meal for a Fox. I works well when sprayed on grass etc, or just poured on rags and placed in an airtight plastic box, removing the lid at your chosen spot. A little goes a long way.
  13. For Sale. This fox lure is excellent and has a brilliant success rate, as many on here and other web sites can vouch for. £14 per bottle which includes 2nd class/signed for postage. Payment by bank transfer please.
  14. I ended up buying a RUSAN QR scope collar which is 100% better than the clamp supplied with the Thunder, which relies on rubber strips to help clamp it to the scope. I could still feel movement with this.
  15. Now claimed by the above. 7.5kg in total.
  16. The above lady has passed away at the good age of 97. Always made me laugh in the 'One Foot in the Grave' series. R. I. P. Doreen
  17. I've finally received the above this morning. Sent from Slovakia via UPS, who held on to the package for ages. They emailed me a declaration list to complete, with regard to what the item was (lethal firearm or lethat firearm part!) but I could not do this online. I contacted UPS (twice) to no avail, and then finally emailed them stating all they wanted to know. I also pointed out that the part was just a metal collar to fit on a telescopic sight. All accepted by UPS apart from two delays. Anyway, the collar etc is perfect and much better that the collar supplied with the HIKMICRO Thunder (ultimate package) which replies on rubber strips to hold the thermal in place on the scope (front add on) All I need now is good weather combined with some time off work to test it all.
  18. With regard to the Hushpower 12g moderator, I was advised to use felt wad only and not plastic. I was told that a plastic wad 'could possibly' leave slivers of plastic inside the moderator.
  19. Thanks for letting me know what it is.
  20. This 'little' beauty landed on my new featheredge boards, then the floor, earlier today. I haven't a clue what it is? The grey bit at the back of it is probably a nail. Any ideas????
  21. It was 'plastic' (laminate), but I've not known anything, plastic or otherwise, that Araldite didn't work with.
