    Extremists !

Muslims come to this country to seek a better life for their families and themselves. This is a christian country with its laws and customs built on christian values. If they cannot embrace our way of life and integrate into society and accept all we stand for, then we have another freedom in this great country of ours and that is the freedon to leave without hinderance....so why don't they just leave and foxtrot oscar to their ancestral homes where they will be far happier.
  4. Had a good day last week on a field of sprouting wheat......the biggest plus, I was under a very busy flight line. My mate hawkeye in the next field on a recently sown bean field. No birds on the ground when I arrived but once I put 20 shells out and two of my floaters the birds started to stream in, if only to take a look what their mates were feeding on. Shot 50 birds in under 2 hours and Hawkeye did the same in the next field. Replaced all shells with just 10 dead birds and 2 floaters. Was very windy from left to right and birds presented some great 'skeet' shooting.
  5. Being on a natural flight line there were a lot of birds travelling to and fro and the field of sown wheat I was shooting over was bald as a badgers bum. Started off with 2 of my own made floaters and 6 flocked shells. As birds were shot I replaced shells with dead birds and ended up with random decoy pattern of 20 dead birds and one floater. Strong wind from left to right and birds coming down to have a look at what their mates were on proved fatal as birds presented themselves near stationary 20 yds out. Set up at approx 12.30/1.00pm and ended up with 50 birds down at 3.00pm........hot barrels, knackered dog and 3.boxes shot... ps. without the flightline I reckon it would have been a waste of time, but who knows.
  6. Hide seat from S** S*****s, well made but too light weight, after using it a few times rear legs just folded in half..............wondering if I could get a refund !!
  7. Hide seat like Paul Harts but lighter weight tubing.........I am 14 stone and it buckled like a chocolate fender. PM me if you want to know who makes them, they are not worth the money. Hawkeye has a Paul Hart one and they are ace and will take 20+ stone.
  8. Glencinchie for single malt and the best blend on the market...famous grouse...mmmmmm.
  9. It's not going to affect the price of cartridges is it..............?
  10. Take a laxative and give your head a good squeeze....that should do the trick and yes you are a hypocondriac.
  11. Had a conservatory built a few years ago and after 6 years inner glass pane exploded on double glazed unit.Had special heat reflecting glass installed (Special K) and company replaced without question so I suspect its not an uncommon problem with stressed glass. They would not say why it went but 12 months later another roof panel shattered (inner pane again).Waiting for company to fix this one now, not a happy bunny as grand kids regularly play in conservatory. Anyone else had problems like this?
  12. Fed my black labs on 'Supadog Adult' out of shooting season and 'Supadog Active' during season....and nothing else.Vets advice thats all they need....and spoonful of pure corn oil now and again for coat. Both fit as a butchers dog.....lol
  13. Not been this year as woods we cover are across a few fields and they are like a quagmire, will be at em when fields dry up a bit.
  14. Use flocked as they look more natural and replace with real birds as you shoot.
  15. I use 140 grain Nosler Partition in my Sako Finnlite on roe, positive results and very little meat damage. Talked to a long time deer stalker and took his advice, on the downside I have had difficulty getting a reliable supply.
  16. My mate Hawkeye is 20+ stone, 6' + and a big fat sod.... if it will hold him it will hold anyone so must be good.. . Tried the seat myself and very comfy, ideal for long days....but he made me give it back . On the downside it is a bit heavier than regular seat. By the way Mike...happy birthday you old *** have a good one...
  17. Been using Vectan AS now for several years and load 28 grams of #6 and #7.5 shot with 21.6 grains of AS, patterns well and chronos at 1150 ft/s. I use 70mm hulls with UEE primers. All my loading done with home made shot and Ponsness Warren progressive loader. Buy all components in bulk with several mates and this keeps the cost down.
  18. When you are retired Graham you dont have to factor in the labour, bit of a hobby with me and Hawkeye and glad you like them.
  19. Hawkeye and I make floaters like CG but we use flocked bodies, discounted to PW members.See Hawkeye's signature on here. Hypa flaps work well when no wind but we prefer floaters on windy days.
  20. If you want the best 'Floater Decoys' around at an affordable price the 'Maghawk' is the one to go for £30 a pair to PW menbers and £12 postage. Have them in your decoy bag ready for the rape. :good: I meant £30 each if you buy a pair.....
  21. Me and Hawkeye have tried a shorter rod length but they dont work so well in very light winds, even in the lightest breeze a longer rod will give movement. We can make rods to any length to order but we think we have found the optimum length. See Hawkeye's signature clip on here as these werer tested in near gale force winds.
