  1. I thought you said you were wearing the blue hat.... . Well done, great feeling when you bag your first deer.
  2. Try mine and Hawkeye's, you wont be dissapointed.
  3. Benelli M2 26" barrel in the pigeon hide for me, had mine several years now and never missed a beat. Inertia recoil reloading saves on a lot of cleaning as opposed to inertia recoil. I have had Winchesters, Brownings and berettas but prefer the Benelli. If it has a problem it sometimes jams with light loads (24grm) but other than that I think they are one of the best on the market.
  4. Had similar problem a while back with invecta choke and used mixture of diesel and petrol, stood barrels in container and left for a week.....came out ok.
  5. Been with Ovo for 2 years and also fixed again for a further 12 months....excellent provider and all done on line and the cheapest also.
  6. Tried one on the wife but could not get high enough voltage to make it effective.......
  7. Farmer just slings them in his slurry pit.
  8. Been shooting clays for years and reckon 1/4,1/4 will break most.

  10. Scope reduced to £275 including postage and insurance.
  11. At the end of WW2 a lot of .303 No 4's were sent down under and the Aussies sporterised them and used them a lot to shoot roos on the hop . Great calibre as I have a P14 and very accurate as I use it to shoot classic rifle comps, iron sights ok for tight groups up to 300 yds but shaky hands let me down after that. Load my own ammo with 174 grn Sierra MK over 41.5 grn N140 sweet load for my P14.
  12. I suggest that bolt is the problem and eley subs need a bit more clout on the rim to set them off, had similar problem and friendly RFD armourer sorted it for me. Found Eley subs were tack driving so did not want to change ammo.
  13. Hi, could you tell me largest diameter it can handle and distance between chuck and tailstock also largest diam through chuck/headstock. I have a friend looking for decent lathe for his workshop, I live Teesside so can collect. Cheers, John

  17. Been on fly drive to states and stoped at Vegas for a couple of nights, booked in Motel. dead cheap as no big stars on the strip. Heli tour with Papillon was fantastic, flew over Hoover dam. Landed in the bottom of grand canyon for chapaigne breakfast, only heli company that has permission to land in indian reservation at bottom of canyon. If you like steaks then the 'Connoisseurs Steak' (sirlion) in the Monty Carlo Casino Restaurant is reputed to be the best on the strip. Have a good trip.
  18. Change to a one piece rod that we supply....problem solved.Experimented with a two piece rod a while back and found it was not worth the effort, why complicate something that is dead simple.
  19. Have Benelli M2 26" in camo for last 3 years, keeps clean due to inertia reloading and a doddle to strip if wet and dirty. Cycling n ot too good on 24 gram carts but 28 gram and above ok.
  20. Are turrets graduated in MOA or Mildot.
