  1. For sale 1918 BSA SMLE 3* All matching numbers, this is a totally original rifle that I have owned for over 25 years The action is dead straight, no twisting or crimping that's found on dealer rifles to make them appear better quality.k It's not been shot in decades as I don't target shoot any more Lots of once fired and new (HXP) brass to go with it Also a date correct bayonet and scabbard will be included £700 I've just returned from Henry Kranks and seen what's on offer for £700-800 and this rifle is in a different class. I can assure you Kranks wouldn't include hundreds of cases and a bayonet too 😉 Based in North Manchester but willing to meet up a reasonable distance away. Any questions or more photos just end an emails

  3. Hello all, Hopefully you guys can help me out with some info about the little BSA .410 shotguns that use Lee rifle bolts. After doing some searching on the internet, this seems to be the place to ask. I have the chance to pick up either one of these guns, or a bolt action Webley 410. I like the look of the BSA better, and my first rifle was an old SMLE so naturally I’d prefer it over the Webley. While I can find some info about the Webley and people seem to adore them, the scant references to the BSA say it’s well made, but has trouble with feeding and extracting modern ammo. Are these problems across the board? If so, is there a fix? One post said that it has trouble with the specs of continental European ammo, does that apply to American made ammo as well? Also, if you tell me the Webley is hands-down the better gun I could easily be swayed. Either way… I’m sure my interest may seem silly, but over in America these are rarely seen and somewhat exotic. Even though I’m sure they are as common over there as the little vintage Winchester and Remington boy’s guns are over here.
  4. I'm looking at purchasing a BSA Defiant. Never shot one but I'm a fan of the other BSA line up. They however seem to be not in very high demand. Is there anything particularly wrong with them? Why are they not as popular as there Ultra or R10 line up? I'd be looking S/H. Thanks
  5. I've decided to sell my .177 BSA Cadet to fund a low power springer with scope rails. No blueing, stock showing it's age, screw heads rusty so no been apart for years (or at all) & the spring is dry. It shoots OK but will be under powered if needing a service. I'm asking £100 & seeing what happens. Collect from Wednesfield, Droitwich or Telford.
