It was as powerfull as the muskets of the time and much faster to reload. The calibre would be a bit OTT here for most things, but wouldn't it be great having that power. air gunner Posted January 15, 2010 Report Share Posted January 15, 2010 im sure they are legal on an FAC. most ridiculous thing in my opinon practically although i can imagine they are great fun very expensive to run and not as useful as a centrefire in the same calibre seeing as it takes two shots at 53yrds with the air gun and 1 shot at 200yrds with a centre fire. however if you want to do some stalking and have unlimited diving bottles they would be great fun to use now and then!!
