rarms
try a search, this topic is discussed almost weekly I think opinion would go towards Beretta, I favour Browning personally though

Dunkield
Out of interest Mike, has that helped you decide in any way?? I picked up 391 on Saturday after hearing so much about them on here and couldn't believe how deep it was in the action. I shoot a 687 which is very low profile in comparison. . . Whitebridges
Beretta S/A's are briliant. Benelli very good. Have a look at the Franchi Raptor. I heard recently Beretta are offering a 10 year guarantee on new guns free from the end of September for a limited period, Can't ask any fairer than that. Whitebridges
I think the Eye Ties have designed another S/A can you believe. This isn't the break barrel £2K thing either. This is another recoil reduction job. The Teknys is redundant so persuade your local dealer to do a half price deal otherwise he'll be left with them all. the last engineer
Eleven is the record.See the video: http://www.patrickflanigan.com/ Paddy shoots a Winchester. What a laugh. Thats what i was told , I was using that gun ,less the tube, at the range the other night, the Berreta is now in the gunroom gathering dust,i have never had so much fun with a semi, my buddy and i were shooting skeet and trap just running it in, i did manage to get off all 5 rounds at the pair (high and low ) stations 1 through 4 then completly ran out of shells, back to the club house for more, we ran about 500 shells through in about an hour (yes an hour ) she only failed when the brass expanded to the point of non ejection ,too hot to trot was the call and we parked it for a while ,from 7/8 oz 1 oz 1-1/8 oz light and fast 1100 through 1350 fps she ran very well . Winchester Super X2 , I now have 2 on order from my favorite candy store here. http://www.p-d-ent.com/pages/firearms.html take a look at the TOYS FOR US B) Martin

the last engineer
hawkeye , its a tough life when your spoilt for choice , i remeber as a kid when i first started rough shooting, saving up for the shells a box or 2 a month if i was lucky, strugling to find land that a farmer would let a young punk kid loose on. watching all those ponces from CPSA showing off to the rookies, never once was help offered by any of them to anyone i knew . those days are far behind, but now i'll be the first to put shells in your gun if your out, i know how frustrating it can be for a young shooter ,not to mention the expence side, I've had a lot of fun here shooting all kinds from bow through handgun, rifle and shotgun , for fun ,competition and field, I make it my mission to help anyone, any age, any way i can in the enjoyment and the future of my sports.
