prehaps then instead of doing a rushed day of 100 yards, sporting clays and then in the rest of the afternoon long range...

we could do morning 100 yards, afternoon sporting layout

go home.. or stay on the camp

then return for some long range shooting the following morning?

what do people think

and can anybody not do the 5th of august?

It's way off Nick, but at the moment the 5th August is good for me.

As I said further up, I will cough up a deposit when you need it but I have to shuffle a couple of holidays and possibly a stalking trip in arround then so it might be tight!

As the reaction has been pretty good to this have you thought about about doing something a bit sooner? Maybe February/March time when there isn't much else going on? Just a thought

Thanks,

Stuart.

wouldn't mined come down on the train over night stay, got to be a few lads out there bunking down

If you are definitely in, and travel down before the day, you can kip at mine and sleep with the curs in the conservatory, free of charge of course :) But you must promise to leave the curs alone

i think i will make the deposit £10 for the day

and will intend to book

short siberia in the morning 2 ranges at the moment

2 groups for the sporting clays over lunch time

2 lanes for century on a distance we need to decide on. for after lunch.

unless people want to make this a two day event, in which case we could do a day on short siberia (100yards) then the next day on sporting clays and the century range (longer range 300-600)

what are peoples views?

Can I borrow a rifle while there or shoot someone else's?

I am sans FAC right now (that may change in the new year) but would welcome a chance to shoot something that's a bit more challenging than the air rifle without having to fly to Florida to do it.

Nick,

I would fancy short and maybe long siberia we can do a bit of a 'have a go' session there for people like Wookie (you can have a pop with any of my rifles) and the clay thing as I have never done it before. Personally, I am not that interested in anything over 200 yards though as I don't have the setup for that, but I will go with the flow.
