shaun4860
aaaahhhh well in that case what you need is the ulimate stalking which is..... etc etc etc [Of couse what you should do is think of a gun, tell Mungler he has to have one as it really is the 'do all rifle', get him to buy it, wait a week until he is bored with it and then buy it off him for buttons ] I think we should run a poll.... who changes guns more often Mosa or Mungler.... might be a close run thing... shaun
Daveo26
Its surprisingly simple unless you listen too much to people on interweb forums who convince you of the need for more guns! Other people are no concern of mine its me i have to watch.......... I can covince myself in a flash that i need a new gun. ......... Imperfection
I know they're not the most expensive or attractive manufacturer, but im more than happy with my Lanber. Before i got it,i tried quite a few O/U's at various shops and wasnt happy with the fit,but this one was perfect.Yes its fixed choke (1/2 & 3/4),but it patterns well with no holes and has 3" chambers should i ever need them.Unless something drastically goes wrong-i cant see me getting rid of it. The Escort-well-its a reliable pigeon gun and thats it.Looks a bit too militaryish for my liking in black plastic, but it does its job well and was cheap. The Nagant is a Russian cannon and rattles the fillings out of your gob!
HDAV
I ahve 2 a SxS that was my grandfathers, an O/U which seems an expensive mistake now the gun i think i want, i cant afford, the guns i can afford are backwards........ (for me at least) So very happy to have a cabinet with something in it, not happy with the actual contents....
Devon Fox
It took me a few attempts to get my calibers right, i now have a 243,17hmr, fac semi. The only thing I would like to change is my berreta silver pigeon, I fancy a really nice side by side for formal game shoots, just love the look and handling, but whether i will be able to hit a barn door with one is a different story! I had a really nice Beretta 682 supersport a couple of years ago and a really rough ancient remmy 1100 that i bought to use when it was ******* down or snowing, I felt like id got it the wrong way round as the Beretta would shoot in any weather but the remmi would mess about if it got really wet and it was a total ****** to clean (looking back i suspect the difficulty in cleaning and reliability issues were connected.. ) Out of interest what gun do you thimnk you want? Anni
Jeesh where do I start Miroku mk38 32" to long so I traded it for a mk38 30" Then purchased a 682 gold for my dad Liked it so much I traded the miroku for a 682 gold e. Then came the era of the Auto Bought a Beretta a303 auto for £300 quid just for the hell of it and shot that a few times then stuck it in the cabinet to get dusty Then I bought a Beretta AL391 teknys stonecoat 30" on a whim. Nice gun and I like shooting it but feel it's to long for the clays so looking to chop it in or sell it. Used the 682 gold e for a while but felt it was shooting to high lovely gun other wise, cant fault the feel and balance of it. Tried Magmans Remington 1100 at Shugborough and loved it, I nearly bought one but then realised I had a 28" auto in the cabinet so dusted it off. Well I love shooting the 303 and I know exactly where I'm missing with it and it very rarely gives me any trouble. I put it back in the cabinet after the shoot the other day and saw the 682 gold e sat there I really want to learn how to shoot that gun Once I have got this years comps out of the way I'm going to have another crack with it. So I'm happy with the old Beretta a303 and have had a few victorys with it, so thats the Gun I would never sell. The rest of them might get chopped in for a Kreighoff Edited June 14, 2010 by Anni
SSS
I am happy enough for now, but I do want an auto and an O/U, just because I can. My rifles are different. I have got the right guns, without a doubt, but I want other calibres
