One thing though, I'd be extremely careful if this is your car and you are the primary driver. Insurance companies are increasingly wise to this. And as we know will sometimes go to pretty long lengths to avoid payouts. thats because i had just washed and polished it that is the reason that it is not in my name and of course i do not drive it as much as the main driver but at the end of the day i cant see them refusing a payout with no evidence but hopefully i will never be in that situation.
