No one in their right mind would buy an expensive brand new car for cash and suffer the depreciation; you could buy it, roll it out the showroom and be out of pocket £4k. Total cost £5k less than depreciation from buying from new. Thrash it for 3 years and chuck the keys back and get a new one! Hairdresser comments - obviously never driven one of the new SLKs. PS.
